The boyz will join Ronan on Saturday for his annual Emmerald’s & Ivy Ball in aid of Cancer Research UK.

BRITAIN’S Got Talent winners Diversity are the first act to be announced to perform at the event, the eleven-strong dance troupe from Essex will perform in front of a star-studded audience at the event, which takes place at Battersea Evolution, to help Cancer Research UK beat cancer.

Ronan opened a new £1m state of the art breast cancer unit in Leeds on Saturday, on his way to the boyzone gig in Sheffield arena.

He told the Yorkshire Post:

“I’ve seen first hand the great work that the Marie Keating Foundation Units do both in Ireland and in the UK educating people about cancer prevention and treatment.

“However, until we finally beat this disease it’s vital that new and improved Breast Care Units – such as this one in Leeds – are available to help treat and care for people with breast cancer.”
